Inquiries & stays

• Submitting an inquiry does not create a confirmed reservation. A stay is confirmed only when we agree on dates and terms directly with you in writing.
• Rates, minimum-night requirements, deposits, and cancellation terms are shared and agreed at the time of booking.
• Our homes are offered privately for restful, respectful stays; house guidelines are provided before arrival.
